Sector-40, Resident Welfare Association was formally formed and registered in 1993, in accordance with provision of the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860. The prime aims & objectives are to foster and to inculcate the feeling of brotherhood and togetherness to bring development, progress, harmony and peace through cultural, social, intellectual, spiritual, sports and health oriented awareness programmes for the residents of the sector.

The Executive Committee Members of RWA pledge to help and perform their duties by investing their time voluntarily for protecting the rights and interests of the members; providing safety, security, health and maintenance aspects and doing other day to day activities with best of intentions, wisdom and knowledge though mutual cooperation and communication between RWA & its Members.
